When a Totem is made the carver will go deep into the forest and pick the best cedar tree there. When the tree is found proper ceremonies are done than the tree is cut down and brought to where the carvers can carve on it and then so begins it's life new life as great legends are carved into it from the bottom to the top. On the top Watchmen are placed to watch in all directions. Now that the Pole has been given new life it will be raised to stand once again, but something deep within the Pole's soul always yearns to go back to the forest from where it came and stand with his brothers and sisters of the forest.
