Funky, Colorful Car Ignored - Only in NYC!

While looking through an old photo album, I was quite surprised to come across this photo. It was taken several years ago (early 1980's) with an old Pentax manual 35mm film camera and I had forgotten all about it! My husband and I were driving around the small New York City theater in this picture looking for a parking lot and I just had to make him stop so I could grab a photo. What intrigued me the most was not the funky, colorful paint on the old broken down car but, the fact that all the folks in line seemed basically unaffected by its presence!
