Great shot of the bee it's tack sharp. I suggest for more impact to your image and a stronger, cleaner composition I recommend converting this into a vertical format trimming off most of the right side

Thank you for your kind comments and advice. I do actually have prints which actually do exactly as you advise, but had reflections of the ring flash on the abdomen. when I decided to Photoshop this out I tried a different format that you see here, where I tried to emphasise the rule of thirds. i have equal response from both and will work on the photo further to produce the final print which will be one of the photos to be used in my LRPS Distinction Entry. I am still working on my final 10 prints. I will bare in mind your suggestions and thank you once again.
