This is heartbreaking. Paying world citizens in all parts of the world could help cleans up some of this. The plastic can and will outlive many people in this area. Hope for good logic and remedy. excellent image capturing the ugly side of commerce and the short term unsustainable effects.

Even a bird won't soil its own nest; you'd think we'd have more intelligence than a bird, no? No, judging from what's washed up on the beach by my house, apparently not. I suppose in some parts of the world, where there aren't regular Friday garbage pick ups, the alternatives might be limited, sadly.
