While I'm here stuck indoors for the time being, biding my time I keep getting ideas in my mind. One of the types of photography that has been showing up in my feeds a lot more often has been these images of intentional lens movement. While most often you see these images in nature, and they look really cool, I wanted to see if I could do something a little different. I wanted to freeze the image, but still create the motion blur effect. So, I pulled out a small flash, put a diffuser hood on, and shot it at 1/8th power. A little red fill light form the side, and of course I had a rope light set out on the table, most of the bulbs were under random pieces, but I left a few visible to create the light streaking effect. Not one I'm putting on my website, but I think it's a fun thing to experiment with!
