You certainly get some impressive shots with your Fuji Dave. I use the HS30EXR but would struggle to get a result like this. Did you use a filter of any kind? Paul.

No filter on this shot Paul. The haze from the nearby forest fires took care of the otherwise blinding sunlight.

I'm sure your camera would have returned a very similar result had you been there at that time. I just dropped the EV to -2 to maintain detail in the sky. :)
