Finally I reached a location not far from home that I wanted to visit for a very long time!It is the summit of Mount Raiamagra, at an altitude of 1667m, from which you can admire the sea of the Gulf of Salerno on the horizon.Going up here has required a lot of energy practicing a trek all uphill of about 3 hours considering the load of equipment, tent and sleeping bag.My desire was to admire the view with the typical Canadian casina used as a shelter (long closed), but the best surprise came when, once at the top, it was possible to access it inside! The show was wonderful, the feeling of having a house up there, under the stars, and with a beautiful view of the gulf, made me want to stay there as a hermit!Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but I decided to make a different shot from the usual, with the least photographed part of the Milky Way.In the sky, just above the cottage, the constellation Cassiopeia stand out and to its right the Andromeda Galaxy, while just below it, confused in the clouds, the constellations Perseus and Taurus constellations.
