I love shooting Sailboats too, although my usual area is Lake St. Clair. Was this up near Mackinaw, or coming out of one of the light house channels (Ludington, Grand Haven?)

This was taken on Lake Macatawa in Holland. There was so much fog they didn't make it out onto the big lake. They have them every Wednesday here :)

Yikes, scary! and no foghorns or lights - great shot (esp since it seems as though you must be on a boat, too, to have gotten this shot)
