This was one of the last shots I took for this shoot. I've watched this beautiful young lady work hard to make her dream of joining a professional ballet company. She was at a crossroad at the time, unsure if she wanted to continue to pursue that dream. This photo could not be more perfect, she could be taking off her pointe shoes one last time or putting them on to continue working/following her passion for ballet.
