Thankyou! There was no special editing in photoshop. But the color temperature of the off-camera flash is warmer than the color temperature of the ambient cloudy light at dusk. My white balance was in favour of the flash, which causes the parts of the photo not hit by flash to appear blue.

Edit: sorry, I did edit more blue into the "flashed" snow, to even it out with the rest of the snow.
