Comment from the photographer: The young woman is standing behind an old door, trapped by old perceptions of what is acceptable. She is looking forlornly at 'Old Billy Goat Gruff' - an old symbol of threats that are really bluff. Because of her own learned beliefs, she does not realize that she is not trapped at all, but can simply turn her back on the threat and be freed.

and i thought it was the youny woman protects herself from the old goat that is pursuing her! Great image regardless of the intent!
