The editing is called Starry Night (there are two versions- one for landscapes which I can not find any more and then this version- Starry Night for portraits ). NOT as powerful as what I intended....but, almost..
Also, on a lighter note- I broke my glasses before taking this picture so I was basically blind as a bat, lol. This is how I literally saw the location. Maybe not in as much detail.
