These 3 horses and mountaineers walked amongst us in the mountains outside of Florence where we were going to celebrate the summer solstice on top of "Croce Pratomagno". We hiked and camped at the peak of the mountain which was roughly 5000 ft high. The entire journey was 3 days leaving from Florence, my cousin and I met the group the last day of the walk and hiked to the top. We observed both the sunset and the sunrise amongst roughly 300 others in celebration of the summer solstice.
