I went to meet my cousin in her hometown when her mother, my aunt, was diagnosed with stage four cancer and given one to four months left to live. My cousin and I found solace at Nott Memorial at Union College to help give us strength to be with the rest of the immediate family and assist in saying their goodbyes in what ended up being my aunt's last three weeks on earth.
