I wrongfully posted this as the bee hummingbird, the smallest bird in the world, that is what my guide told me.
I went to Cuba mainly with the hope of getting a glimpse of the bee hummingbird, I went on a tour that stopped at a crocodile farm in Matanzas. I had my kit lens on when I spotted this bird, I panicked as I struggled to change lenses, got the Tamron 150-600mm lens on, dropped my 18-55mm and watched as it rolled towards the water, grabbing it just in time. I had time for 3 shots before he flew off. Looks like I have to go back to Cuba to find the little one.
