While spending 3 months in a tent in Bristol Bay Alaska as a fly fishing guide I was spoiled with beautiful scenery and wildlife everyday (especially Grizzly Bears). We were walking to an island on the river to one of our favorite fishing holes and we stumbled upon this sow that had eaten way too much Salmon. She didn't move for 2 days straight with heavy breathing that would wake us up in the middle of night. Then when she finally felt better she went right back to fishing for the plentiful Sockeye Salmon that were flooding the river. Wish I wouldn't have dunked my camera halfway through the trip, but it was still the best 3 months of my life.
