It does not seem to matter if an animal grows up to be not so pretty, but when they are babies, the are down right cute. This is a charolais calf, which means any type of light or white cow. When people say that they like Angus beef, what they are saying, and maybe not know, is that they like black cow. For some reason they give fancy names to describe a color, it is the same for horses as well.
