We were on holiday in the lake district and decided to go to Crosby beach to see Another Place by Anthony Gormley. When we arrived there were no statues! So I asked a local and he said "I've been here 40 years and I've never seen them"! It turned out to be the wrong Crosby beach - near Blackpool! So when we finally arrived at the right Crosby beach it was late in the day. The tide was out so we could see a lot of the "people" standing naked on the beach!
