This delicate iris had such unusual coloring and markings on its petals, I just had to capture it up close. I found it while visiting the Presby Memorial Iris Gardens in Montclair, New Jersey, USA. The gardens were first cultivated with gifted irises from Frank H. Presby, a founder of the American Iris Society and a renowned iris hybridizer. It is a photographer's paradise!
