I love the way the glow from the candles create the only lighting need to capture the feeling of this image. These are prayer candles which Catholics can light and then say a prayer about whatever they choose. Most churches have gone to fake candles you "light" with a switch due to insurance, but a church in Santa Fe, New Mexico still kept the traditional method alive. I think the actual candles burning at different intensities add to the depth of this photo, much more so than an image of fake candles with their lights turned on. Don't you agree?
