3 mile hike up a mountain in idaho. final destination hot springs. the temperature outside was nearing negative temperatures (fahrenheit), but the temperature of the springs was greater than 100 degrees (fahrenheit). stripped down, got in the water and soaked in the beauty of the surroundings. getting out of the water and getting my clothes back on was awful in the freezing cold.
