Hi Jim - You requested honest feedback so here goes... The side lighting of this is exquisite! The pattern/repetition is a wonderfully perfect example of abstract. However, I wish only one or two of the foxtail heads were in focus rather than what it is. The eye is drawn to each one that is in focus and I think it would be more a satisfying shot if it were kept to a minimum in the center of the composition instead of straying. That said, I really love this shot. Well done!

That is really valuable feedback, and now that you've mentioned it, I can see how helping the viewer find an element in focus would make it a better composition. Thank you so much for providing this valuable perspective.
