The sky was mostly overcast with occasional sprinkles, but I'd come to shoot the the Vancouver skyline. Even though I thought it would be a bust, I trudged out with the tripod. The water was calm and the shots were beautiful - perfect for a black and white. Until just a few moments before sunset when the sky lit up. Cyclists, runners, and walkers alike, stopped behind me to take the scene. It was breathtaking.
