Stairways to Heaven Photo Contest Finalists!

"The images that WillG submitted is such a gorgeous image. It reminds me of a seashell, with the ocean waves flowing into it, with seafoam bubbles. I love the use of color that makes the image warm and inviting. The composition really brings movement, and the viewer has to wonder where it heads. The ambient lighting from the lighting fixture in the middle bring a beautiful organic feeling to otherwise a very structured image. " - Courtney Dailey

"I was raised by a lover of psychics. One of the major topics talked about in my family was the chaos theory. I feel this image almost perfectly reflects the beautiful mathematical layouts of the chaos theory. This image has a beauty that songs were once written about, its clean lines bring the viewers eyes up and around every curve. I love that it takes a second to find it youre headed down the downward spiral, or up. The black and white allow the viewer to concentrate of the journey this staircase takes, versus the detail that could otherwise distract." - Courtney Dailey<

"I absolutely love the use of color and the angle in which this image was taken. Im not sure where this amazing staircase is located, but after seeing this image, I want to go there. It looks like literally its a staircase to heaven, going an infinite distance. The clouds and blue sky gives the composition a very welcoming and almost cartoonish feeling. It's like a MC Etcher drawing, with a pop of color to invite the viewer on an incredible climb." - Courtney Dailey
