A special thanks to our friend and professional photographer Joseph Ferrara for his collaboration as a guest judge in this photo contest. My home base is out of the Washington, D.C. metro area. The editing technique I've developed focuses on evocative black and whites and gritty contrast-heavy colors. I favor exclusively natural lighting and try to utilize as little equipment as possible to keep the process flexible. Everything I do, I do for the sake of passion.
