Sonamarg, Jammu and Kashmir, India

When the mellow rays of the sun caress the snowcapped mountains, they turn golden, which gives Sonamarg (golden meadow) its name.
We saw Paradise. Wow, sensation. :)
We took a pony ride from the car park to Sonamarg Snow Valley. My family was busy enjoying the snow on the other side. We are all very excited to be in the snow valley.

Our review, though not needed:
The path is a narrow, steep, small stream that runs through the snow hills.
The only bad experience is falling into the trap of these local unions. You end up paying the exorbitant charges for their so-called package.
There's no control over the demand. So be careful.
Truly, you don't want to miss this mesmerising place...after travelling so far for all this scenic beauty.

But, the keeper walking along the pony will bring you back safely ... you'll come back with happy memories. :)
