Abstract nature Object Photography. A fine art study using macro techniques and settings with natural light of a nettle twine bound broken bamboo strut in a nature garden fence. The fence and the nettle twine were made by me some years ago and used as part of a curving boundary in a nature garden and i took this while checking how the fence and other structures I had made had survived many years in hostile weather. They were surviving quite well considering the gale force winds , freezing winters and salt infused air that attacked them near the Welsh Coast. I was particularly fascinated by the remnants of green still left over and exposed in the handmade nettle twine even after more than five years and tried to get the best detail I could in natural light of the twine using shallow depth and blurred background to achieve that and add a three dimensional quality to the bamboo.
