IMHO, collecting garbage is way different from begging, since the former aids in recycling the resources which the less clever have thrown away, while the latter could not be tagged as "working".
Anyway, very succint visual comment on our World, from where in the same time top-tech transportation carries probe instruments in deep space and turists in orbit . Go figure...
