Taken as part of my , " Over the Garden Wall " collection featuring photographs taken of interesting or unusual things I see leaning on or over the garden walls and hedges I pass on daily walks around my village of Llanfachraeth on the Isle of Anglesey off the North Wales Mainland in the UK. This surreal phenomenon , of a sky completely coloured by a naturally occurring rainbow behind a group of resting starlings was literally the view that I got leaning over my garden wall after zooming on the telephone wires to identify the birds I could see whilst taking other rainbow landscape views. The image is unedited so does not have a the polish required , especially because of the distance it was taken with but I have included it to show how Nature as an Artist also experiments with its own Abstract and Creative Manipulations .
