Location
The photo was taken in the city of Verona, Italy. I reached a viewpoint by foot in order to have a nice upper view.Time
It was sunset timeLighting
I voluntarily waited the right moment when the sun was not too high or too low. Then i positioned myself behind a tree in order to create a nice sun star effect.Equipment
To shot that photo i used a Sony a7 iii with a Sony 24 mm 1.4 Gmaster lens. I didn't use anything else.Inspiration
I was inspired, first of all from the city of Verona, is such a magnificent place with a lot of story and a beautiful culture, so i wanted to represent a part of that beauty in that photo. The other reason was that i just wanted to take some nice shots of cities around Italy.Editing
Yes i've post processed the photo. I enanched the blue and orange colors, increased the exposure and removed some dust spot and some lens reflections due to the sun hittimg the lens.In my camera bag
Normally in my bag i have a Sony a7iii with a Sony 28-105 Goss 4.5, a very versatile lens especially for travel photography. I also havw a Manfrotto Tripod ans various types of filters. When i took that shot i had a Sony 24 mm 1.4 Gmaster.Feedback
The advice i can give to others is not to settle with the first shot you take, instead explore all the opportunities around you, sudy the composition and wait the right moment to take the shot!
