Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in the city of Viseu, Portugal

Time

It was captured on a November night.

Lighting

The lighting is natural from the street. I wanted to capture the mystery of light and shadow in one of the most charismatic streets in the city.

Equipment

It was taken with my Canon 400D, with the kit lens 18-55mm, F / 25, 15sec., ISO 100, with tripod and without flash.

Inspiration

I looked for a quiet place with no change in lighting and no movement.

Editing

I honestly don't remember, but maybe not.

In my camera bag

In addition to the material already mentioned, I usually take my Speedlight 430 EX flash, the 55-300mm and 50mm lenses and a small tripod.

Feedback

The light from the lamps and the shadows it produces always make up a beautiful night scene. The historic areas of cities and towns, contain beauties and charms that are discovered in a closer look.
