Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken on the Oregon Coast, north of Florence.

Time

It was such a special moment- New Years Day after the first sunset of 2019. We were lighting our intentions and burning what we wanted to rid ourselves of. This is my son and his best friend during that ceremony.

Lighting

It was close to pitch black and so delightful to let the sparkler be the star of the image.

Equipment

Canon Rebel 50 mm. No flash.

Inspiration

The beauty of this moment overtook me and the significance of setting our intentions together as a family.

Editing

No.

In my camera bag

Canon Rebel and a prime lens. I'm super simple like that.
