Behind The Lens

Location

I have a small studio set up to the corner of my office at my home in Kingston.

Time

Truly I think it was sometime in the evening.

Lighting

The lighting was created with a beauty dish and reflector. A speed light with a pink gel was pointed at the back drop.

Equipment

My Nikon D750 with my 24-70 lens. Lighting was a collapsible beauty dish powered by a Newwer brand strobe.

Inspiration

I am always looking for something fun that can be created with the help of my children and something that speaks to their personalty. This photo was created with a Bubblegum theme it mind. We had fun blowing the balloons to incorporate them in to the shoot.

Editing

Very little if anything at all. I like to get things right in the camera

In my camera bag

It depends on what I am doing. For small adventures I stick to my Nikon D750. For big events I take my Nikon D4.
