It was a good day for seeing birds at the beach today. It’s too soon for the Herring to be running, but there was a lot activity anyway. Bald Eagles, Oystercatchers, Mallard duck families and Gulls were competing with each other for space. I would have stayed longer if it hadn’t been so cold! I can’t wait for March when the Herring start to run and hopefully, the temperature warms a little.
