The ''doll'' in the picture is obsessed with her beauty and scared of her imperfections. All this desperation for beauty has left her empty and tired. All she is and all her life is is trying to look beautiful, look like a doll and that's breaking her apart and taking away everything unique about her and turning her into just another doll.
