Behind The Lens

Location

this image was taken on a farm in winter. It was a few years ago, I was still learning how to shoot with natural light

Time

Was around 6 of the afternoon. It was getting really cold so we only had the chance to take like 10 images. The light was wonderful

Lighting

I wanted that my subject

Equipment

I wanted the subject to detach completely from the background. Then waited for the sun to be placed behind some poplars to be able to better filter the light and manage to illuminate her from behind to give her that magical and ethereal appearance

Inspiration

actually I was just doing portrait practice and trying to learn to manage natural light, I wanted to achieve a memorable portrait only with the use of light

Editing

yes I edited this image in photoshop to enhance her features and to manage color

In my camera bag

I use a Nikon D 750 anda always carry my 135mm, 85mm and 35mm
