Location
This photo was taken in the little parc surrounding the church in our little village. I was walking the dog when I noticed that the sunrays were peaking through the morning dew, thus giving the surroundings an atmosphere like a fairytale or dream. Couldn't resist taking a lot of photos, of which this one to my opinion is the best. Alligning the shadow of the middle tree directly towards the viewer, while the rays give an idea of golden steam. For me this picture is somekind of magic, like there is something or someone behind the trees who is looking at me and shining a light upon me.Time
This picture was taken on the 21st of March 2017, at 08.30 in the morning (Paris time). An extra special gift from nature, as if this day of start of the spring needed an extra decoration to celebrate the new season. The early morning is my favourite time of the day for making photo's, when things are still fresh and quiet and the light is not so hard yet. In summertime even earlier, around 6 am is lovely and gives a lot of beautiful pictures.Lighting
For me this photo always reminds me of pure luck and hapiness, the colours of gold and the light stand for positiveness and hope.Equipment
I used a Nikon Coolpix camera, f/5.3, 1/200s, ISO 125. But I must confess that I had the camera on automatic, I am still learning how to use the camera on manual. I only know these settings because it's in the details of the photo.Inspiration

NothingIn my camera bag
Only my phone. I make a lot of photos with my phone, at this moment I have A Nokia with three Zeiss camera's. When I go out on a trip or when I see that circumstances might give special photo's (like on the morning of this picture) I take the Coolpix when I go for a walk but if near to where I am (i.e. when I am in my own garden) I prefer my Nikon D5000.Feedback
Always keep looking for opportunities, things might change in a split second and can give you either the perfect shot at that time or totally ruin your chance for a beautiful picture. Be prepared and use your eyes as if they are your camera, in that way you will see a lot of potential photos and with every shot you see (even if you do not take it) you train your eyes and mind to recognise the things you want to share.
