I took this photo in a field right behind where I live. It was a beautiful day and the light was just perfect.Time
It was sunset time.Lighting
This was the first time I had used my 135mm lens. I was actually quite amazed at the results. I love that lens and I am using it a lot now.Equipment
Canon 5d mk II, CANON 135mm f2, no tripod. Natural light onlyInspiration
I just wanted a full body portrait. I told the model to just get in the vineyard, kneel down and interact naturally with the environment. I started shooting and I used continuous shooting. By using that method, I caught a moment in which she was adjusting her hair and I really liked that. The reason why I chose the vineyard is because of the leading lines.Editing
Yes, theres some post processing here. I warmed up the tones and did some dodge and burning. In my camera bag
I always have my Samyang 14mm, Sigma 24-35 f2 Art, Sigma 50mm f1.4 Art, Canon 135mm f2 and my Canon 5d mkII.Feedback
I love how leading lines make an image. They actually do most of the job sometimes. You can tell how different two "similar" images actually are just by comparing different composition methods: with or without the use of leading lines. Just stunning.
