Taken at the Alameda Park Zoo, Alamogordo, New Mexico. These birds are not part of the zoo and are entirely wild; however, a flock remains around the zoo grounds pretty constantly. I suspect they like the easy food visitors tend to provide. This one happened to land near the zoo's duck pond when I snapped this photo.
