Aka The West Cornwall bridge. It is located in Cornwall, Connecticut. Spanning the Housatonic River and connecting the towns of Cornwall and Sharon. Most likely built circa 1861 and 1864. Closed to pedestrian traffic in the 1920s, it is still used for vehicular traffic. It is a one lane bridge which makes crossing it interesting! Constructed with a Town truss design, the bridge is original, other than the decking has been reinforced. The bridge is 172 feet long.
