A very pretty shot. If anything I would do some work on her knee and ankle - she deserves it!

She looks better in the flesh--although the cartoon one isn't bad either :) Great shot!

Location
This photo was taken in downtown Oceanside CA in an alley way behind a convenience store.Time
this was taken during golden hour about an hour before sunset in the fall.Lighting
i used a one light set up with a reflector. i placed a simple speed light on a boom an placed it above the model and slightly to her front right to give the impression of a street light and placed a small gold reflector to her left to bounce just a little bit of fill light onto the opposite side of her face.Equipment
Nikon D800 with a 28mm 2.8 sense.Inspiration
the model had always wanted to do a jessica rabbit style shoot since she has red hair and a similar physic.Editing
i smoothed out her skin and saturated the colors to try to give it a slightly cartoonish look to it. realism was not what i was aiming for with this shot.In my camera bag
mostly nikon gear, 50mm 1.8, 16-28mm, 28-80-mm, 80-200mm. a yongnuo flash and triggers. sense filters, chargers, cleaning kit, and cable release are the usual.Feedback
being unique, a lot of people go with the same look and pose for jessica rabbit shoots. we chose an alley way as opposed to a stage because we wanted a different look. finding the right model is key.
