I like the way the dark head stones draw you in and are in stark contracts with the light.

Location
This is the late medieval/early Tudor gothic church in Ecclesfield, South Yorkshire, UK.Time
This photo was unplanned. I had been wandering around fields behind the church as the farmer had been baling hay the previous day. All I went for was an autumnal, sunrise shot of hay bales....!! I stumbled around the fields in semi darkness getting the required photos. One twisted ankle and two cut fingers after sunrise, I decided to make my way home, but the autumn light playing across the church was too good to miss....!!Lighting
Autumn light......great, natural light to photograph in the early morningEquipment
Hand held with Sony A350 and a sony 18-55mm lens and polarizing filter.Inspiration
Pure chance....!! The light was perfect at that moment as I walked through the graveyard.Editing
Shot in RAW then processed, with a touch of sharpness and a smidgen of colour enhancement, to a JPEG format. In my camera bag
Sony A350 and Nikon D3400, sony 18-55mm and 75-200mm lenses, Nikon 18-55mm lens, various filters......polariser, ND, UV.....wireless shutter releases for both cameras, spare batteries, macro lens.Feedback
Get up early and out and about, especially early and late in the autumn months.....great light !!
