Location
I took this in Ireland Sept 2013Time
It was about 7:00pm. We had just left a walking around a castle and was driving back to our Bed and Breakfast. I drove over this bridge and was taken by the serenity of this moment. I pulled over as soon as I could, almost a 1/4 of a mile, and walked back. The parking isn't the greatest in Ireland.Lighting
It was an overcast day and the sun had already gone down. Just plain ole' natural lighting.Equipment
I used a Nikon D3, handheld, no tripod or flash.Inspiration

The only post-processing I did was to bump the saturation a bit to pull out more color in the canoes.In my camera bag
For this vacation I only had my camera and flash. I didn't have room to take much more. We were gone for almost 3 weeks and carried a backpack only.Feedback
Advice?? I'm not qualified to give much advice other than be lucky to be at the right place at the right time. We were done for the day and enjoying the ride back when we spotted this calmness. It was very busy when we passed it the first time.
