This is a Rufus Crowned sparrow.
I was able to get a good shot of her as she was facing backwards in flight. The skies are cloudy and gray because it’s been raining on and off here.
My goal is to try to get as many birds in flight and in focus as possible. It’s definitely a challenge. But I enjoy the challenge.
