Once, long ago, every celestial planet had a beautiful and strong kingdom upon it. The strongest of these was the impetuous and blazing planet ruled by the Sun King.

The Sun King often had an awful temper, and would lash out at Earth with sun flares so strong, they would wipe life away in the blink of an eye.

To punish the Sun King, the planetary kingdoms came together and hatched a plan. They took his beloved daughter and trapped her on Earth. This was to ensure he would never lash out at the planet again.

The Sun Princess learned to live on earth as best she could, but she still mourned her family dearly. It is said that every tear she shed upon the ground, there sprung up a beautiful yellow bloom that matched her own beauty.
