Location
The photo was taken in my apartment, with only the model and me. It´s worth mentioning that throwing powder in your apartment is not a good idea. I think we used an hour on taking the pictures and three to clean up afterwards. I also broke my vacuum cleaner.Time
The picture was taken around 21-22.Lighting
The lighting was done with two Elichrom soft boxes - one from the left side and one behind the model.Equipment
I had to use a tripod since I was throwing powder on the model during the shoot and I didm´t have any assistant. I used two soft boxes - one from the side and one behind the model. I also used the 10 seconds self-timer on the camera and I had to throw the powder when the picture was taken. We used about two kilograms of powder because i missed the shutter on many of the pictures.Inspiration
I saw a similar picture in a ad for something, can´t remember what the ad was for.Editing
I did a raw-convertion in Adobe Lightroom and some small adjustments in Photoshop. In my camera bag
I have a Canon 7d. Canon 17-55mm and a Sigma 50 mm.Feedback
