Lovely shot..possibly a lower angle may have given a bit more power to the running figure as I feel her lower body is a little foreshortened because of the high angle of view.

Location
I took this photograph near of my hometown in southern France. It's a place I know by myself when I did nocturnal hiking few years ago , It's a place lost between the Mediterranean sea and the french countryside.Time
I shot it at sundown. The weather was perfect. A great sun and a warm mood with few clouds... An evening of September.Lighting
The light was a bit hard when I shot it. I didn't know what to do because I wanted to shot the sun as long as he was here but also I wanted a soft light on my model. I decided to shoot with the sun and try to fix the light problem via my post processing.Equipment
This was shot with my Nikon D5300 camera and the Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro lens. No flash, no reflector...Inspiration
I really love Jake Olson's photographs and how he uses light in his pictures. He inspired me here for the background and the little path composition. But I wanted to add something more... I ask her to run to add this freedom feeling.Editing
This photo is a composite of two. One for the sky and another for the rest. I shot it at the same time but with different exposures to keep more details as possible in the sky. Then at home I used Lightroom to lower the high lights and do few process with the brush. I merge both in Photoshop and then I add more motion for her dress and her hair and I saturate the sky (maybe too much haha). In my camera bag
I am a shambolic photographer. I lost my bag few months ago and I don't buy another because I don't have enough money with student grant haha. So I put my 90mm and my 35mm f/1.8 in a pullover and I put it in my school bag (dat resourcefulness!).Feedback
You have to shoot the sky and the model with different exposures and if you forgot, low the high lights in Lightroom as much as possible. Be careful for the composition, the skyline have to be right and ask you what you want (a symmetric composition, a rule of Thirds, ...?). Everything should be thought. Finally, the mood is the soul of your photograph, so take your time to make your photo be alive.
