Its the rut and that means mating. The whole courtship was very interesting to watch. The female will be mounted 3 times in between each mount the female walks around the male and touches his antler the final mount last about 7 seconds and the bull will in the end jump in the air.

This is typical behavior one eagle gets a fish and others try to take it. Taken at a dam in the winter.

There are about 200 eagles in this area and the shad fish are slowly dying. The eagles are having a feeding frenzy.
