Behind The Lens

Location

DeSoto Days in DeSoto Kansas.

Time

It was around 7pm

Lighting

It was back light and it just struck me as k stood there that it was just pretty.

Equipment

I used a Canon Digital Rebal EOS. Just a free hand shot.

Inspiration

The small of popcorn and fun of a fair!

Editing

I used photoshop elements to darken the photo just a little bit to block out a little of the faces that could be seen. Followed it with a center diffuser.

In my camera bag

A bounce flash, 200mm lense and a go pro.

Feedback

Just go with the moment, I ise a lot of natural lighting because it sets the mood. Very rarely do I adjust the light in a photo. I love black and whites because they encompass the mood and bring out the essence of the object. Color can sometimes be too distracting to me, draws the eye away from the emotions I am trying to portray.
