Behind The Lens

Location

Brugge in Belgium.

Time

Early evening in late summer.

Lighting

I did not use any extra lighting. The early evening and buildings lights provided enough light for the mood I was trying to capture.

Equipment

I used a Leica V-Lux camera with slow speed and used a natural wall as tripod. I used the build-in camera flash.

Inspiration

The reflection on the still waters and colours the scene provided inspired me to take the picture.

Editing

Post-processing I used Lightroom to lighten the darkest areas in the front on the picture.

In my camera bag

I normally have my Leica V-Lux and Leica T cameras. For the Leica T I have two lenses, a prime lense and a zoom lense. I use filters, a UV filter and ND filter. And the my monfrotto tripod.

Feedback

Capturing what catches your eye and try different angles than you would normally use. Try be different and love the scene before you capture your picture.
